In the production of sow bed, galvanized pipes are commonly used as fence materials, generally divided into hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing (cold galvanizing), using hot-dip galvanized fences, hot-dip galvanizing has uniform plating, adhesion Strong, long service life and so on. The hot-dip galvanized steel pipe matrix and the molten plating solution undergo complex physical and chemical reactions to form a corrosion-resistant structure of a zinc-iron alloy layer. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel pipe base, so it has strong corrosion resistance.
Cold galvanizing is also electro-galvanized. This galvanizing method is used to protect the metal from corrosion. For this purpose, a coating of zinc filler is used, which is applied to the protected surface by any coating method and dried. A zinc filler coating is formed with a zinc content (up to 95%) in the dried coating. The hot-dip galvanizing life is longer than the cold galvanizing life. During the later welding process, the hot-dip galvanizing is not easily damaged, and the cold-dip galvanized layer is easily destroyed, resulting in easy rusting, relatively large corrosion of the pipe, and reduced service life.
