The double-body sow bed is designed for sow delivery and suckling piglets. The special fence is designed to protect the piglets from being crushed by the sows; it provides a 30° climate and environment for the newborn pigs; Good hygienic conditions, and can effectively prevent food accumulation and bacterial reproduction, reduce piglet disease; facilitate the management and maintenance of sows and piglets.
Instructions for the use of double-body sows:
1. Open the back door of the sow bed positioning bar and drive the sow into the positioning bar;
2. Adjust the position of the limit frame according to the size of the sow so that the sow has a certain room for movement in the positioning bar and cannot crush the back door of the positioning bar (limit bar);
3. When the piglet is weaned, open the sow bed positioning bar (limit bar) and release the sow from the front door and transfer it to the empty sow bar.
The weaned piglets are transferred to the nursery bed (conservation bar) to thoroughly clean and disinfect the sow bed to ensure the safety of the sows in the future.
Precautions for purchasing a double-body sow bed:
The quality of the bed, the specifications of the sow limit frame is recommended to choose the national standard hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistance;
The use of the septic board, most of the adult sows have 500-600 jins. It is recommended that the sows use cast iron slabs, which have strong weighing ability. The piglets are made of plastic septic boards to avoid cold.
